Meet Ember, a little lilac baby dragon with a mint tummy and tiny pink wings. She sits on her cloud on the terrace of a castle in the clouds and plucks her little golden harp: for every note you play, her paw finds the same string and plucks it, and Bizzy the bumblebee zips over to listen.

Toddlers Harp turns your phone or tablet into a real-sounding harp made for small hands.

PLAY
The giant's golden harp stands beside Ember with eight strings, long and low on the left, short and high on the right, each tied to a singing crystal in its own colour. Tap a string and it rings while sparkles float up. Hold it and Ember ripples a broken chord round your note, sweep your finger across the strings for a real glissando, and wiggle it to make the string whisper. A magic beanstalk twines up the harp: every new note unfurls one of its leaves, and with all eight out a giant flower blooms and magic beans tumble down! Record your own tune and play it back, and try more sounds: Celtic harp, magic harp, the giant's harp, bells, harpsichord and music box.

REAL HARP
A big lever harp stands in the castle's harp room with fifteen real strings, the C strings red and the F strings blue, just like on a real harp. Pluck them, sweep glissandos up and down, flip a string's little lever to play it a semitone higher, and tap a chord (C, F, G, Am, Dm or Em) to roll it across the strings like a harpist.

SONGS
26 songs, from Twinkle Twinkle, Happy Birthday and Frère Jacques to Down by the Salley Gardens, the Skye Boat Song, Greensleeves, Pachelbel's Canon and Saint-Saëns' The Swan, each with its own band.

• Follow mode: the right string glows.
• Listen mode: Ember and the band play the whole song.

BAND
Play with the cloud orchestra: bodhrán, fiddle, cello, flute and bell lyre, each on its own little cloud. Pick one of ten grooves (fairy waltz, Irish jig, reel, baroque, bossa nova, Mozart, ballad, calypso, march and rain) and every string fits. Tap the big SWOOSH! button and Ember sweeps a glissando over the band. Add ten tricks with one tap, from a magic sparkle to Bizzy's buzz and a big finish.

GAMES
In Castle Song every line of the song raises a tower of the castle in the clouds, and a friend waves from its window: an owl, the golden goose, a unicorn, the frog prince and a kitten. Repeat Bizzy's humming tunes in Copy Bizzy, sweep the strings to build rainbow bridges between cloud islands in Rainbow Bridge, and tell high from low with the little songbird and the friendly giant in High or Low?

LULLABIES
Ember curls up on her cloud under the moon while shooting stars streak over the castle, counted one by one, and a soft harp plays lullabies with strings and a music box. A sleep timer slowly fades the music out.
